RZR HMF Exhaust Systems
HMF developed a Dual Slip On System in the Utility Series that picks up insane horse power and torque for the RZR. Taking it even a step further, we took our baddest exhausts, the Swamp and Swamp XL, and developed a Full System that gets enough power to knock any rider's socks off.
NOTE: The HMF Utility Dual Exhaust will only work with the stock shocks or shocks that mount the same. The Swamp and Swamp XL can have any aftermarket shocks.
HMF Utility Series: The HMF Utility Series is specifically designed for utility machines and delivers the most horsepower & torque per dollar of any series. It was specifically designed to deliver maximum power gains throughout the RPM range. If you need to run quiet from time to time, the Utility Series accepts the optional HMF Quiet Core.
Swamp Series: The HMF Swamp Series was designed specifically for quads that need pure, all out horsepower. Through the deep, muddy waters to the starting line of the GNCC, the Swamp Series blisters power that gives you absolute control. It features a 5" stainless steel exhaust and produces very little sound dB over stock. And with the optional HMF Quiet Core, most machines can see a dB decrease over stock!

This is the ultimate exhaust choice for the Polaris Ranger RZR & RZR-S. Fully tuned equal length headpipes merge from 2 into1 into 2, creating the most powerful RZR exhaust available. The polished stainless steel canisters feature billet aluminum inlets and outlets. Each canister comes standard with the Muzzy Modular Endcap system that includes a removable USFS approved spark arrestor and quiet core. The muffler canisters are held via a trick looking CNC machined aluminum bracket. The integrated oxygen sensor bung allows the addition of an air/fuel meter. The dual oval muffler design helps keep sound levels to a minimum while maintaining the incredible Muzzy exhaust tone. Detailed installation instructions are included. Two versions are available, a standard version and a "LT" (long travel) version.
The "LT" system is designed for use with many aftermarket long travel suspension kits. It fits both the RZR & RZR-S model. The system includes a combination upper muffler mount bracket that also ties the rear shock mounts together. This bracket replaces the aftermarket brace that's usually included in the long travel kit and thus eliminates clearance issues that may result from mounting the Muzzy dual muffler assembly.
K&N Replacement Air Filters are ideal for extended use in dirty and dusty off-road riding and provide clean carburetion even at high altitude. As a rule, no jet changes are required with just a K&N filter element. K&N replacement air filters are washable and reusable and provide high air-flow with excellent filtration.
K&N Drycharger® (Pre-Filter)is a silicone treated, polyester wrap that is made to cover K&N Air Filters or Personal Watercraft Flame Arrestors. These Drychargers, which are similar to the K&N Prechargers, contain uniform micron sized openings that allow optimum air flow. Yet, due to the Drychargers silicone treated polyester wrap, the amount of water that reaches the air filter or flame arrestor is limited.
K&N power sports oil filters are ‘TUV’ product endorsed and ‘TUV’ factory production monitored. This means every K&N oil filter is equal to or will exceed all OEM specifications. Our filters contain a modern synthetic filter media, designed for ultimate flow with less pressure drop, yet engineered for outstanding filtration to meet or exceed all OEM specifications. K&N power sports ‘spin-on’ oil filters feature a heavy-duty metal can. Most of these have a 17mm nut affixed onto the end that allows for easy installation and removal. The 17mm nut is crossed-drilled so racers can safety wire the filter to their bike.
The 63-1120 air intake system is a power gaining performance add-on for some Polaris Ranger's. This air intake has an airbox made of black powder-coated steel to protect the K&N X-Stream Top Air Filter and to inhibit heated engine air from entering the filter. A chrome top crank case breather (for the engine's crank case vent hose) is also included.
K&N Cleaner & Degreaser
K&N Air Filter Cleaner is the only cleaner formulated to clean K&N Filtercharger elements. The use of any other cleaning solution can void the filter's warranty, and quite possibly could damage the cotton material. K&N Cleaner works to dissolve the dirt build up and old filter oil, and can be washed away with water. Complete instructions on bottle.
K&N Filtercharger Oil
K&N Air Filter Oil is the only oil specially formulated to work in combination with the cotton fabric in K&N Filtercharger® elements providing a superior air filtration system. When used as directed, it quickly penetrates the filter pleats, where it remains suspended in the cotton fabric. Saturation is maintained until the element is cleaned with K&N Air Filter Cleaner.
