HotRide4U has developed a new high performance, high strength billet hubs for the Polaris Ranger RZR.
These hubs utilizing both the Polaris 156mm wheel bolt pattern and the 110mm Yamaha Rhino bolt pattern, allowing you to use either Polaris or Rhino wheels on you Polaris RZR. These hubs are stronger than the stock hubs using 7075-T6 aluminum. Our hubs look better and are much stronger than the week stock hubs.

RZR-S New +10" Racing Long Travel Kit
Hot Ride's New +5" per side for a total of 10" Overall Wider Long Travel Kit with over 17.5 inches of travel for the Polaris RZR-S, is now ready for the Serious Racer or Someone who just want the best suspension available for the Polaris RZR-S.
This suspension has been developed using best 4130 material. This suspension has been tested at full speed through moguls and jumps, always handling great and taking anything we could throw at it with no problems or failures of any kind what so ever. This Kit is ready for what ever you can throw at it and will not let you down.
We only use top quality parts, 300m Axles, Bilestien Shocks, and Eibach Springs. The A-Arm's width +5" on each side and +2" on the front forward and the rear is +2.5", giving you over 17.5 inches of Wheel Travel. These upgrades to your RZR-S make it much more stable through the rough stuff and prevents the RZR-S rear end from floating, bucking and coming around on you, giving you a much safer vehicle at high speeds.
The Kits comes Powder Coated and plated hardware comes standard. Kit include Axles, Arms and Shocks steering extension and steering stops, heim joints and studs, stainless steel braided brake line , all hardware needed to assemble and the frame stiffening plates and front Sway bar. You may choose a single coat Powder Coating color of your choice to match your ride. In stock and ready to Powder Coat and then ship. Made in the USA by Engineers that love to race and play hard. - Hot Ride manufacturing and distribution, was founded in 2000 in Bakersfield, CA. Hot Ride was started to meet the needs of individual client as well as dealers with their specialized needs. Our team of professional engineers and designers take great pride in developing specialized products for our clients.
- Hot Ride sells, designs, manufactures and installs specialized off-road products. All of which are designed using state of the art computer modeling software SolidWorks with Finite Element Analysis, and CamWorks (CAD/CAM). Our tubing is pre-modeled in the computer to insure proper fit and strength for it intended use. If you want a specialized design, just let us know and we will help you design and build it for you.
- All Side X Side customers will be able to find a good selection of Safety Cages, Performance, Suspension, Seat Belt, Seats, Lighting and Other Accessories for their vehicles as well.
Orders:
- All orders will be shipped as soon as completed. If item ordered in not in stock order will go out as soon as restocked. Orders with seats will take 1 to 3 weeks for delivery, unless stated when ordered that Hot Ride has your seat color and style is in stock. If seat color and style are in stock, order should ship within 1 to 2 weeks. Items in stock will ship within 3 business days. You can pay a rush fee of 30%, plus additional shipping to receive your order sooner (at Hot Ride's discretion).
Special Orders:
- Special Orders with seats will take 1 to 4 weeks for delivery, unless stated when ordered that Hot Ride has your seat color and style in stock. Normal Special orders will be built to customers needs in the order that the order is received, can ship as soon as next day to 5 weeks out depending upon the number of current orders. You can pay a rush fee of 30%, plus additional shipping to receive your order sooner (at Hot Ride's discretion). NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIAL CUSTOM ORDERS
Returns:
- We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. In order to return defective merchandise for inspection, a RMA number is required. Contact Customer Service to acquire an RMA number. This RMA number must accompany any/all merchandise returned to Hot Ride. Hot Ride's determination of the defective nature of any Hot Ride product is final. Hot Ride will repair or replace any product or merchandise deemed defective due to manufacturing and not outside the scope of the Limited Warranty. All requests for returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIAL CUSTOM ORDERS! Returns MUST be in NEW and UNUSED CONDITION in original packaging, if you mount it, you own it. All approved returns are subject to a 30% or $20 restocking fee (which ever is greater), plus all original shipping costs! No Exceptions! Shipping damage must be noted on the carrier's documents, and then reported to Hot Ride within 2 business days. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! A 4% credit card refund fee applies.
How to Return an Order:
- 1. Return the part in original box, packaging with the RMA Number and your name marked on the out side of the returned package.
- 2. Package the returned items securely and properly when shipping parts back to Hot Ride, please wrap the part(s), place in a sturdy box and secure with tape. Do not leave the part(s) loose in the package. Parts scratched or damaged in return
- shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.
- 3. All returns must be sent pre-paid. All foreign returns must be authorized in advance. No collect shipments will be accepted.
- 4. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.
- 5. Send all returns to: Hot Ride
- 6. We cannot accept returns on special ordered parts.
